All digital records are stored securely within the United Kingdom. Paper files are kept in locked cabinets accessible only to authorised staff. We retain enquiry emails for up to 12 months and booking records for 6 years to meet accounting rules.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared with our veterinary, farrier, or transport partners only when relevant to your service and with your consent. Third-party processors (such as email hosting or website analytics) operate under written data-processing agreements consistent with UK GDPR requirements.
